Sealoflex and Sealoflex Premium Reinforcing Fabric regulates coating thickness, and provides the system with its strength and robustness.
The fleece, available in 1m or 30cm widths, in a standard 110 g/m² (standard) or 165 g/m² (Premium) weight grade, is embedded into the Enduroflex liquid applied waterproofing coating in a ‘wet-on-wet’ application.

Instructions For Use
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of frost, dust, debris, oil or grease or any material which would hinder adhesion.
Apply only when the substrate temperature 3 °C above the dew point. If the surface is below or at dew point temperature then moisture can form at the surface and affect coating adhesion and curing.
Enduroflex Primers, only where required, improve adhesion of the waterproofing system to the substrate and forms a chemical barrier preventing the migration of oils and other light fractions towards the waterproofing membrane. It is important that the substrate is suitably prepared prior to application of the Enduroflex System.
Enduroflex product range displays several primers:
- Enduroflex EP1 Primer for PVC and wood
- Enduroflex Acrylic Primer for bitumen and mastic asphat
Primers are not required for application on concrete, metal, glass, ceramic.
The Enduroflex liquid applied waterproofing system is applied ‘wet-on-wet’ allowing full membrane application in a single process.
Once opened stir Enduroflex liquid waterproofing coating thoroughly (Be careful not to over stir the coating as this can introduce air into the coating). Start by covering all flashings, details and penetrations before working on the main horizontal surface of the roof. Overlaps in the reinforcing fabric should be a minimum 7.5 cm. Ensure the overlap areas (above and below the overlapping fabric) are fully saturated to maintain continuity of the waterproofing system.
Apply a base coat of Enduroflex (2kg/m²) to the surface with brush, foam roller or sprayer. Immediately embed the reinforcing fabric into the base layer using a dry brush or roller, avoiding formation of wrinkles or bubbles. Immediately follow, without a drying period, with the saturation coat of Enduroflex (1kg/m²). Spread homogeneously over the surface and allow to cure.
ETE / CE marking
Enduroflex Liquid Applied Waterproofing system has been evaluated against ETAG 005 as certified in European Technical Evaluation document (ETE 015/0089), which provide CE marking for the Enduroflex product range.
Keep rolls in dry areas.
