Pipe Penetration Flashing

Cut a first piece of reinforcing fabric, ensuring a minimum 15cm up-stand height and minimum 50 to 70 mm overlap to the circumference of the pipe is achieved.

Make straight incisions along the entire length of the fleece. These incisions should be 5 to 7 cm deep and 1 cm wide.

Cut 2 pieces of fleece in a U shape to fit around the pipe circumference. Cut the fleece pieces so that they overlap by at least 7.5 cm around the pipe.

Enduroflex Pipe Penetration

Apply masking tape to the pipe circumference along the leading edge of the reinforcement to ensure a neat finish is achieved.

Apply Enduroflex waterproofing coating to the pipe penetration and install the prepared reinforcing fabric with each cut section bent at right angle onto the horizontal surface.

Brush or roll to ensure complete saturation is achieved. Ensure adequate coating is applied into the overlap area.

3-law Apply Enduroflex Coating to the horizontal area surrounding the pipe penetration, and apply the second section (U-shape) of reinforcing fabric around the pipe. Enduroflex Pipe Penetration
